Foracort Inhaler 6/200 mcg is used to treat asthma, allergies, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder. Budesonide 200 mcg and Formoterol Fumarate 6 mcg are two salts in the inhaler. Budesonide is a corticosteroid that lessens swelling and itching by stopping the release of inflammation-causing substances. At the same time, Formoterol Fumarate is a long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways to make breathing easier.
